Dan Dickson

Dan Dickson has more than 30 years of C-level experience and has worked in companies from start-ups to Fortune 50 and industries from consumer products to enterprise software. Dan holds a Distinction MBA from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Journalism from Boston University. He runs an independent coaching and consulting practice and sits on the Board of QT Imaging, Inc., an advanced ultrasonic medical imaging company. He is a certified Agile Product Owner TM and Scrum Master TM. He helped General Electric Company increase unit sales by 75 percent, revenues by 60 percent, and increase gross margin percentage. Dan also repositioned a privately held market research/data processing company as a national player achieving 20% annual revenue growth and maintaining profitability. He is proficient in refocusing consumer products retailing company, increased revenues by 75%, and implemented an innovative eCommerce strategy that grew online revenues by more than 400%. He is familiar with implementing Agile management techniques across multiple management disciplines. A fun fact about Dan is he is a licensed, instrument-rated private pilot and a semi-professional musician.

Micah Fritz

Micah Fritz is the Senior Product Manager for Boeing Distribution’s Chemicals & Specialty Materials business, which sells oils, lubricants, greases, paints, sealants, adhesives/tapes, solvents, and cleaners. In this role, Micah manages revenue/growth, profitability, supplier strategy, customer programs, and execution for the $400M Business. Micah holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Previously, Micah held various leadership roles in Strategy, Corporate Development (Mergers & Acquisitions and Acquisition Integration), Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance. Throughout his career, Micah has consulted on 15+ acquisitions and divestitures across Aerospace, Building Materials, and Healthcare ranging from a few million to several billion dollars. Micah also led the acquisition and subsequent integration of KLX Aerospace (now Boeing Distribution Services), which Boeing closed in 2018 for $4.25B.
